Vegetables: Steamed Vegetables with Cheese and Ham Sauce and Rice

The perfect vegetables: steamed vegetables with cheese and ham sauce and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The slightly sour rice:

  • 1 small cup Jasmine fragrant rice
  • Water and salt

The basic vegetable:

  • 0,5 Red peppers, diced
  • 1 size Carrot, wavy cut
  • 0,25 medium sized Zucchini, wavy cut
  • 0,25 medium-sized Eggplant, diced
  • 2 handful Green beans
  • 1 small Onion, quartered and cut into strips
  • Some Italian herbs

Cheese and ham sauce:

  • 0,25 L Milk
  • Some cream cheese
  • 1 disc Boiled ham, cut into diamonds
  • 1 toe Garlic, pressed
  • Clear vegetable broth, powdered
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Italian herbs, dried
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Cook rice in the usual way.
  2. Prepare the steamer and steam the vegetables in it. Mix in the herbs.
  3. Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the cream cheese. Season everything and add the ham.
  4. When the cooking time is over, drain the rice and serve with the rest of the food on a large plate. Tastes good! Have fun copying!
