Ingredients
 

The slightly sour rice:

  • 1 small cup Jasmine fragrant rice
  • Water and salt

The basic vegetable:

  • 0,5 Red peppers, diced
  • 1 large Carrot, wavy cut
  • 0,25 medium Zucchini, wavy cut
  • 0,25 medium Eggplant, diced
  • 2 handful Green beans
  • 1 small Onion, quartered and cut into strips
  • Some Italian herbs

Cheese and ham sauce:

  • 0,25 L Milk
  • Some cream cheese
  • 1 slice Boiled ham, cut into diamonds
  • 1 clove Garlic, pressed
  • Clear vegetable broth, powdered
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Italian herbs, dried
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice in the usual way.
  • Prepare the steamer and steam the vegetables in it. Mix in the herbs.
  • Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the cream cheese. Season everything and add the ham.
  • When the cooking time is over, drain the rice and serve with the rest of the food on a large plate. Tastes good! Have fun copying!
