Underground Vegetables in Curry Sauce

  • 4 Carrots
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 2 liter Vegetable broth

  1. Peel the turnip and cut into cubes, clean and slice the carrots, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook everything in the vegetable stock until cooked.
