Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml low-fat milk
- 3 tsp instant coffee powder (alternatively a small cup of strong espresso, cooled
- 2 tsp syrup (caramel syrup)
- Sugar or sweetener as desired
- some sauce (caramel sauce)
- crushed ice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the coffee powder, sugar (or sweetener), and milk in a saucepan and heat slightly to dissolve the coffee. Add the caramel syrup to this mixture. Then chill for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, fill a 500 ml glass with ice cubes. Crush the ice cubes in a food processor. Transfer the shake to an electric mixer or a food processor with a blender attachment and add the coffee mixture. Blend on high for about 3-5 minutes. The shake should be very creamy. Pour into a glass and garnish with caramel sauce.
