Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle, green
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta al dente and transfer to a greased baking dish. Drain the tuna. Mix it with the pasta or layer it. Combine the cream, sour cream, garlic, and spices and pour over the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad. Note: The garlic can be varied to taste.
