Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 ml coffee, boiled (cold brew coffee), strong
- 150 ml cherry juice
- 300 ml tonic water
- 300 ml carbonated mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Non-alcoholic cocktail with cold brew coffee
Mix cold brew coffee extract (see basic recipe in my profile) with cherry juice, tonic water, and sparkling water. Serve with or without ice cubes. Variation: Let it steep in a carafe with a sprig of mint for 10 minutes. Feel free to try other fruit juices and let me know your favorite. Note: This is a rather tart lemonade, which even die-hard beer fans have enjoyed. The bitterness of the tonic and the robust roasted flavor of the cold brew complement each other perfectly.
