Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g whipped cream
- 600 ml milk
- 200 g ice cream (chocolate ice cream)
- 8 tbsp liqueur (coffee liqueur)
- Chocolate shavings and espresso powder for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Pour the milk and chocolate ice cream into a blender jug. Add the coffee liqueur and blend until smooth. Pour the coffee shake into 4 tall glasses and top each with whipped cream. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chocolate curls and a little espresso powder.
