Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g speculatius, almond
- 65 ml Amaretto
- 200 g whipped cream
- 300 g yogurt (cream yogurt coffee flavor)
- 50 g marzipan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with almond speculatius
Break the almond speculatius biscuits into small pieces and pour the Amaretto over them. Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the coffee yogurt. Alternate the biscuits and cream into dessert glasses, top with the grated marzipan, and serve with an almond speculatius biscuit. The marzipan can also be omitted.
