Coffee or espresso amaretto granite

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 ml coffee, strong or espresso
  • 180 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

refreshing in summer

Prepare freshly brewed coffee or espresso. Dissolve the sugar in it and add 3 tablespoons of Amaretto. You can, of course, add a little more depending on your taste. Freeze completely. To serve, scrape off any shavings with a sturdy spoon and serve in dessert glasses.
