Strawberry ice cubes with edible flowers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 some sugar, brown
  • 1 some cardamom powder
  • ½ handful of edible flowers (e.g. dried flowers such as marigolds, sunflower petals, rose petals, cornflowers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

for approx. 14 ice cubes

Clean and wash the strawberries, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a tall container and cover with soy milk. Add sugar and cardamom powder to taste and blend the mixture. Fill into ice cube trays and top with edible flowers. This makes enough for 14 small ice cubes. Perfect as an addition to sparkling wine or simply as a snack on hot days! Note: If you have a garden, you can collect and dry them yourself. They are also available online or in organic stores.
