Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the oil and cola, and fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. The batter will be very runny. As a sheet cake: Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 170°C. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold in the sour cream. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake and sprinkle thickly with sugar and cinnamon. Alternatively, as a cake: Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm springform pan and bake the cake for approx. 50-60 minutes at 170°C. Once cooled, divide the batter into two halves and spread half of the cream mixture on the first layer. Place the second layer on top and spread with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Tastes best the next day when it has had time to set.
