Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blonde Angel alcohol-free

Half-fill two 250 ml glasses with apple juice. Then add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass. Garnish each with two mint leaves and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately to prevent the ice cream from melting.
