Cold Duck
The perfect cold duck recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 liter White wine dry
- 1 liter Sparkling wine
- 2 Pc. Lemons
- 50 g Sugar
- First wash the lemons with hot water and remove the peel from the pulp in a garland shape. You should make sure that there is nothing white left on the peel. Then squeeze the lemons. Lemon juice, lemon peel, 2 bottles Mix white wine and 50 g sugar in a container and put in a cool place for 2 hours. Just before serving, add a bottle of sparkling wine.
