Cold Duck

The perfect cold duck recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 liter White wine dry
  • 1 liter Sparkling wine
  • 2 Pc. Lemons
  • 50 g Sugar
  1. First wash the lemons with hot water and remove the peel from the pulp in a garland shape. You should make sure that there is nothing white left on the peel. Then squeeze the lemons. Lemon juice, lemon peel, 2 bottles Mix white wine and 50 g sugar in a container and put in a cool place for 2 hours. Just before serving, add a bottle of sparkling wine.
