Cold radish soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 7 tsp vegetable broth powder
  • 1 liter of water
  • 400 g herb cream cheese or natural
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Not just for hot days!

Boil the vegetable stock powder in 1 liter of water, stir in the cream cheese, cook briefly until melted, and let cool. Remove the leaves from the radishes, clean them, and cut into small sticks. Wash and finely chop the dill and parsley. Stir the radishes, chopped parsley, and dill into the completely cooled broth and season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette or bread.
