Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp mustard seeds, ground
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with marinated salmon or other cooked fish
In a small bowl, combine the mustard powder, mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Whisk in the oil drop by drop until the sauce is creamy. Stir in the chopped dill.
