Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g berries, e.g. raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
- 6 tsp, levelled sugar, xylitol, erythritol, brown sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- e.g. Cointreau, optional

without vitamin loss, for bread, desserts, cakes and tarts
Mash the berries with a fork and stir in the sugar. Stir in a little Cointreau, if desired. It tastes good on its own, too. Store in the refrigerator. Use only the freshest fruit. Variation: Stir in a pinch of cinnamon.
