Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some milk, as needed
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

quick and easy preparation

Crumble flour (mixed with yeast) into butter, add salt, and mix with milk to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in a cloth and soak it in cold water for an hour. Then roll out the dough in portions on a well-floured board, cut out biscuits, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 10 minutes. Roll the hot biscuits in the powdered sugar/vanilla mixture.
