Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g white cabbage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and trim the vegetables and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine the vegetables and onion in a bowl. Mix together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil and drizzle over the salad.
