  • 1 large white cabbage
  • oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 large onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter the cabbage and finely grate it. Add oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and a finely chopped onion to the cabbage, mix, and season with sugar.
