Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage, small, shredded
- 2 mangoes, ripe, chopped
- 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
- 240 ml yogurt
- 170 g mayonnaise
- 4 chili peppers (jalapeno), pitted, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ small lemon(s), juice and zest
- salt and pepper

one that bites!
Combine cabbage, mangos, and spring onions in a large bowl. Blend the remaining ingredients into a salad dressing, add to the salad ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 1-8 hours.
