Cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), organic (juice and grated peel)
  • Raisins, to taste
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, then stir in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the lemon juice and stir in the semolina a spoonful at a time. Mix the low-fat quark with the pudding mix, baking powder, and freshly grated lemon zest. Then combine everything into a smooth batter, finally stirring in the raisins. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake slowly at a maximum of 170°C for at least one hour. The top of the cake should be nicely browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
