Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 spring onions
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 2 zucchinis
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 head of broccoli
- 500 g pasta
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, with paprika and pepper
- 2 tbsp processed cheese, with herbs
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cut the spring onions and mushrooms into thin strips, and the bell peppers and zucchini into small cubes. Separate the broccoli florets from the stalks. Cook the pasta in salted water. Briefly blanch the broccoli, remove from the water, and rinse with cold water. Heat a little oil in a high-fat pan and sauté the spring onions. Then add the mushrooms and fry. Add the bell peppers and zucchini and sauté until tender. Stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, add the broccoli, warm through in the sauce, and serve immediately with the pasta.
