Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- 4 handfuls of breadcrumbs
- margarine
- 2 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs in a soup plate with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Place the breadcrumbs on a second plate. Dip the toast into the egg until it soaks up the egg, then coat both sides in the breadcrumbs. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the toast on both sides.
