Colorful chicken – strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g vegetables, frozen Leipziger Allerlei
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 packet of sauce (mushroom cream sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chicken, pat dry, and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and brown the meat. Add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in 200 ml of water and heat. Stir in the sauce and simmer over low heat for about 1 minute. Stir in 3 tablespoons of sweet cream and heat until hot. Serve with rice.
