Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages
- 250 g onion(s), diced
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 100 ml cream
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the sausages and cut into strips. Brown them vigorously in oil. Add the onion and fry briefly. Add the quartered mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. Whisk together the mustard, cream, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and marjoram, stir into the pan, and bring to a boil. Season generously with salt and pepper! Serve with mashed potatoes or parsley potatoes.
