Colorful chicory and wild herb salad with lemon yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce (chicory)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 handful of nasturtiums, leaves and flowers
  • 1 handful of sorrel
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener or sugar
  • 4 tbsp chopped chives or other fresh herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Clean, chop, and wash the lettuce. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stems, and chop them. Wash and finely slice the gherkin. Wash, halve, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Wash the nasturtiums and sorrel. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Place everything in a bowl and mix.
