Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

spicy and good, vegetarian

This savory onion tart has no crust, as all the ingredients are mixed together. Peel the onions and finely dice or cut into half rings. Sauté the onions with the vegetarian ham cubes in 3 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan for about 5 minutes until translucent. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the milk, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper and mix well. Sift the flour into the mixture and fold in. Brush a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of oil and pour in the mixture. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven) and bake the onion tart on the middle rack for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
