Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp mung bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • Garlic
  • curry powder
  • Ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the schnitzel. Wash, trim, and dice the onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Heat the oil, fry the schnitzel, and add the vegetables. Add the mung bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sambal oelek. Pour in the broth. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Season with garlic, curry, and ginger. Combine the starch and water to thicken the sauce. Serve with rice.
