Colorful Chinese rice

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of rice
  • ½ pack of vegetables (Chinese vegetables), frozen
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • chili powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the Chinese vegetables. Cook the rice according to the instructions, transfer it to a bowl, and fluff it up. Wash and grate the carrots, and wash and finely slice the leek. Briefly sauté the carrots and leek in oil. Add the soy sauce, Chinese vegetables, and rice. Season to taste with chili powder and curry powder and serve in a bowl.
