Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 4 half peaches
  • some sugar (coloured caster sugar) or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the quark, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Cut the peach halves into small cubes, add them to the quark, and gently fold them in. Divide the cream between 4 bowls and decorate with colored icing sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
