Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate or couverture
  • 1 handful of sugar sprinkles, colored, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Basic recipe

Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine flour and baking powder and knead with sugar, egg, and butter to form a dough. Roll out and cut out shapes as desired. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then let cool. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and decorate the cookies with chocolate and sugar sprinkles.
