Colorful cookies from the cookie press

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g margarine (Sahna or Sanella)
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Food coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

approx. 80 pieces

Knead the ingredients into a dough and divide into three parts. Mix one part with cocoa powder and the other with food coloring, e.g., red. Form each type of dough into a narrow roll and combine the three rolls to form one large roll. Place these rolls in the cookie press. Press the cookies onto a lightly greased baking sheet, not onto baking paper (do not over-grease the sheet, or the cookie press will slip), leaving enough space between them (they will spread slightly). Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 8 minutes. You can also make the cookies in four colors; to do this, divide the dough into four parts.
