Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g bell pepper(s), colored
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g Ebly
- 400 ml broth
- 20 g butter
- 250 g sausages
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely dice the bell peppers and onion and sauté in hot butter. Add the Ebly and the stock, bring to a boil, and let the Ebly swell over low heat for 10 minutes. Slice the sausages and add them, stir in the chives, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
