Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini, round, yellow
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • some garlic
  • 35 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tomatoes – carrots – peppers – zucchini – gratin with cottage cheese and feta

Chop the tomatoes, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and cottage cheese. Grate the carrots, dice the bell pepper, and slice the zucchini. Chop or crumble the feta cheese. Place everything in a baking dish and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes until deliciously baked.
