- 1 handful of peanuts, salted or spicy
- 70 ml broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 7 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oil, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Peel the ginger and finely grate it into the pan. Press the garlic into the pan. Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil, remove from the heat, and let the glass noodles simmer for 10 minutes without adding any salt. If you like, you can cut the glass noodles shorter; it will taste better later. When the minced meat is cooked through, add the lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, stock, and sweet chili sauce. Wash the celery and cut into thin slices. Finely dice the bell peppers, and finely chop the cilantro and chili peppers. Slice the spring onions into rings. Cut the romaine lettuce into 1cm wide strips. Drain the noodles and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. The ingredients should no longer be too hot.
