Colorful Hot Vegetables – Cup

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Coconut fat "mild"
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 small Fresh white cabbage
  • And cut
  • 2,5 liter Vegetable broth on
  • Cooked the day before
  • Fresh lovage

Instructions
 

  • Toss the onion in the coconut oil, add the paprika powder and let it stew a little.
  • Now give the cut white cabbage, stew everything together a little and pour the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer, everything should cook for about 30 minutes.
  • Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped maggi / lovage and finish cooking, then turn off the stove and let it steep for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Fill into soup cups .... clean the spoons and off you go 🙂
