Colorful Hot Vegetables – Cup

The perfect colorful hot vegetables – cup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Coconut fat “mild”
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 small Fresh white cabbage
  • And cut
  • 2,5 liter Vegetable broth on
  • Cooked the day before
  • Fresh lovage
  1. Toss the onion in the coconut oil, add the paprika powder and let it stew a little.
  2. Now give the cut white cabbage, stew everything together a little and pour the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer, everything should cook for about 30 minutes.
  3. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped maggi / lovage and finish cooking, then turn off the stove and let it steep for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Fill into soup cups …. clean the spoons and off you go 🙂
