Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut fat "mild"
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 small Fresh white cabbage
- And cut
- 2,5 liter Vegetable broth on
- Cooked the day before
- Fresh lovage
Instructions
- Toss the onion in the coconut oil, add the paprika powder and let it stew a little.
- Now give the cut white cabbage, stew everything together a little and pour the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer, everything should cook for about 30 minutes.
- Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped maggi / lovage and finish cooking, then turn off the stove and let it steep for another 20 to 30 minutes.
- Fill into soup cups .... clean the spoons and off you go 🙂
