Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 baguette(s)
- 500 g minced meat, half & half
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bread roll, soaked in milk and squeezed
- salt and pepper
- 250 g cheese (Gouda in one piece, cut into cubes)
- 1 red pepper (pitted), diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), green (pitted, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the ground beef, egg, low-fat curd cheese, and bread rolls into a dough. Season to taste. Then stir in the garlic, cheese, and paprika. Spread on the halved, sliced baguette and bake at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
