Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tbsp oil
- 350 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 125 ml water
- 2 tsp chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the onion and dice into small cubes. Trim, wash, peel, and dice the carrot. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and white inner membrane, and dice into small cubes. Drain the corn. Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the vegetables and fry. Add the tomato paste, water, and chives, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste before serving. Serve with rice and a green salad.
