Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s), peeled
  • 250 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 4 potatoes, peeled
  • 150 g Mettenden
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 500 g beans, green, frozen
  • savory
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the bacon, onion, carrots, and potatoes. Slice the Mettenden sausages. First, brown the bacon, Mettenden sausages, and onions in a pan, then add the carrots and potatoes and fry briefly. Deglaze with the meat broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the beans and cook the stew for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Season with savory and pepper.
