Colorful oven soup

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg pork, shredded
  • 1 kg onion(s), diced
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 250 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 250 ml chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients (do not discard the liquid from canned ingredients) in a saucepan or ovenproof dish with a lid and mix well. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 2 hours. Serve with a baguette. Ideal for a celebration. You can prepare everything in advance, leaving time for your guests.
