Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,500 g pork and beef, mixed
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 4 bottles of sauce (steak sauce)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 80 ml Metaxa or similar brandy
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 50 ml soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the meat, peppers, and onions, and mince the garlic. Place all ingredients in a large roasting pan, stir, and let stand overnight. Then braise at 200°C for 60-80 minutes.
