  • 4 Pc. Onions
  • 4 Pc. Carrots
  • 2 Handful Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 2 Pc. Chorizo
  • 1 packet Feta cheese
  • 2 Pc. Paprika, red
  • 4 Pc. Alaska pollock fillet
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, frozen
  • 3 tbsp Chili oil
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  1. Clean the potatoes, onions, carrots and peppers, peel them if necessary and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the chorizo ​​into slices and the feta into small cubes.
  3. Mix the sliced ​​vegetables, feta, oils, parsley, Brussels sprouts, choriza slices, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixed ingredients on a baking sheet (or two) lined with baking paper. Spread the fish (cut into larger pieces) on top of the vegetables.
