Colorful Oven Tray
The perfect colorful oven tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Medium sized potatoes
- 4 Pc. Onions
- 4 Pc. Carrots
- 2 Handful Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 2 Pc. Chorizo
- 1 packet Feta cheese
- 2 Pc. Paprika, red
- 4 Pc. Alaska pollock fillet
- 2 tbsp Parsley, frozen
- 3 tbsp Chili oil
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
- Clean the potatoes, onions, carrots and peppers, peel them if necessary and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the chorizo into slices and the feta into small cubes.
- Mix the sliced vegetables, feta, oils, parsley, Brussels sprouts, choriza slices, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixed ingredients on a baking sheet (or two) lined with baking paper. Spread the fish (cut into larger pieces) on top of the vegetables.
- Bake the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
