Colorful Potatoes from Oven …

The perfect colorful potatoes from oven … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

To:

  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Green / red pepper
  • 4 Fresh onions
  • 1 Peeled garlic clove
  • 4 small Garlic cloves unpeeled
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Homemade seasoning for oven vegetables **
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes red
  • 2 Marinated chicken legs
  1. Halve the peeled potatoes lengthways and then cut again crosswise, remove the white inner skins and seeds from the peppers and cut into pieces, peel and quarter the onions, finely chop the peeled clove of garlic, leave the 4 small cloves whole.
  2. Put everything in a bowl and mix with the olive oil and the spice. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  3. Fill the potato and vegetable mixture into an ovenproof dish, place two marinated chicken legs in another ovenproof dish and put both in the oven. – Fry and cook through for about 45 minutes. Place the cherry tomatoes between the vegetable potatoes 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  4. Arrange the chicken legs with the colorful vegetable potatoes on plates and serve. We enjoyed this quick meal today – and the kitchen stayed pretty clean and tidy, which I especially like on Sundays !!
