Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red, yellow
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without mayonnaise

Cook the pasta in salted water and then rinse with cold water. Cut the peppers, cucumber, and cheese into small pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything together and season with the vinegar and oil marinade, salt, and pepper.
