Fruit creatively arranged for the buffet or children’s birthday party

Wash the fruit and peel the kiwi and banana. Halve the strawberries and grapes, slice the banana, and dice the kiwi. Brush the banana pieces with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Place the pear half in the center of a large plate. This will represent the peacock’s body. First, arrange the strawberry halves around the peacock’s body as feather fans. Then repeat with the kiwi cubes, banana pieces, and grapes, so that the fruit forms a colorful peacock fan. Now cut two legs and a beak from the piece of carrot. Attach the legs to the bottom of the body and the beak to the upper third of the pear. Finally, add the chocolate chips above the beak for eyes. Tip: If you don’t have any chocolate chips, you can also halve a mini marshmallow and attach it to the peacock’s body as eyes with a dollop of melted chocolate (for the pupils).
