Colorful Pizza with Curd Oil Batter, Spicy
The perfect colorful pizza with curd oil batter, spicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 50 ml Garlic oil
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml Low-Fat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 450 gr Spelled flour type 630
- 15 gr Tartar baking powder
- 200 gr Lowfat quark
Covering:
- 100 gr Cooked ham
- 100 gr Salami
- 1 piece Red sweet peppers
- 1 piece King Oyster Mushroom
- 8 piece Pickled olives
- 8 piece Black pitted olives
- 0,5 piece Vegetable wiel
- 1 Can Natural tuna
- 250 gr Grated mozzarella
sauce
- 200 gr Crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt / pepper / oregano
- Process all dough ingredients into a dough in the food processor and cover and park in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- In the meantime: peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Cut king oyster mushrooms into strips. Cut the salami and boiled ham into strips. Drain the olives and cut into rings. Take the tuna out of the tin and squeeze it out.
- Mix the creme fraiche with pepper, salt and oregano.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator, knead it on a floured work surface, roll it out and lay it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the dough with creme fraiche, spread 1/3 of the cheese on the sauce and then spread the other topping ingredients on top and finally sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the pizza for 30 minutes.
