Colorful potato salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes, waxy
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 8 gherkins
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 1 gr. can/n peas and carrots, very fine, approx. 530 g each
  • 1 gr. jar of salad cream (Miracel Whip), 500 ml each
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and let them cool. Dice the cold potatoes. Dice the other ingredients, except the peas. Mix all ingredients with the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for a while. Stir in the salad dressing.
