Colorful Potato Salad

The perfect colorful potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Jacket potatoes
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 0,5 Red Chopped peppers
  • 5 piece Diced pickles
  • 0,25 green Chopped cucumber
  • 0,25 green Vegetable salt to season
  • 0,25 green Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Sip * Vinegar
  • 2 Sip Sunflower oil
  • 2 piece Fresh onion leek
  1. * 1 sip = hold the bottle briefly in the bowl = that’s about 5 to 7 tablespoons …. just try it, take a little less at first, you can still give in 🙂
  2. Boil the potatoes, cook them, drain them and rinse them in cold water, so they can be peeled better.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices, or whatever you want … smaller.
  4. Dice the onions, the cucumbers and the peppers, put them in a bowl, the potato slices … vegetable salt, some vinegar, I took a neutral one, add the oil over it … stir everything together .. Round off the whole thing with pepper and let it steep.
  5. Before serving, put onions chopped up on top ….. enjoy your meal
