Ingredients
- Jacket potatoes
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 0,5 Red Chopped peppers
- 5 piece Diced pickles
- 0,25 green Chopped cucumber
- 0,25 green Vegetable salt to season
- 0,25 green Pepper from the grinder
- 1 Sip * Vinegar
- 2 Sip Sunflower oil
- 2 piece Fresh onion leek
Instructions
- * 1 sip = hold the bottle briefly in the bowl = that's about 5 to 7 tablespoons .... just try it, take a little less at first, you can still give in 🙂
- Boil the potatoes, cook them, drain them and rinse them in cold water, so they can be peeled better.
- Cut the potatoes into slices, or whatever you want ... smaller.
- Dice the onions, the cucumbers and the peppers, put them in a bowl, the potato slices ... vegetable salt, some vinegar, I took a neutral one, add the oil over it ... stir everything together .. Round off the whole thing with pepper and let it steep.
- Before serving, put onions chopped up on top ..... enjoy your meal
