Vegetarian: Colorful Potato Salad with Goats – Feta

Ingredients
 

  • 4 size Cooked potatoes
  • 1 medium sized Diced shallot
  • 1 middle Cucumber
  • Small green cucumber
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 6 size Radish
  • 1 packet Goat feta
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  • Vinegar and oil to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces - Wash the radishes and cut them into small pieces - Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces (I leave the peel on) Cut the courgette into small pieces. Dice the goat feta. Peel the shallot and cut it into small pieces.
  • Put the whole thing in a bowl and season with the vegetable salt, I kept myself covered with the seasoning, as the goat cheese is quite spicy. Finally, add the basil, chopped very finely, and stir in.
  • We like to eat linseed oil over it.
