Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 apples
- 1 banana(s) or pear
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- ½ iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- ½ tsp horseradish, from the jar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the ham. Cut the eggs into eighths. Core the apples and pears. Cut into wedges. Slice the banana. Dice the bell peppers. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Grate the unpeeled cucumber. Mix everything together. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce, horseradish, salt, and pepper and toss with the salad. Tip: You can also use cheese or sausage instead of the ham. Add canned mandarins, peaches, and pineapple to the salad.
