Oatmeal quick rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • e.g. seeds, kernels, herbs, nuts or dried fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a loaf or several small rolls and bake on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes. Tip: You can incorporate seeds, kernels, herbs, nuts, or dried fruit into the dough as desired. Children also find it exciting to shape the dough into sticks instead of rolls. This will be a real snacking delight!
